As you may have seen in our reviews, we are extremely responsive to all customer requests. Simply email info@sunflowermotherhood.com, and we will help you with anything you need (add a gift note, change the shipping address, etc). Please make sure to include your order number in the email along with any requests. Even though we are a one person customer service team, we usually respond very quickly. Please still give us an entire business day to respond.

Rest assured, none of our packing slips show prices. You do not need to mark the order as a gift or contact us to let us know it is a gift. Because most of our orders are indeed gifts, we do not include itemized receipts with pricing - just a packing slip with the item names and any gift message.

Please respond to your shipping confirmation email OR email info@sunflowermotherhood.com IMMEDIATELY after you see the wrong address was entered.  We will do our best to change the address for you. If we are able to, we will confirm with you via email. If it has been more than 30 minutes since you placed your order, and it is before 12pm PST, there is a slim chance we will be able to change the address. Because orders ship same day (on business days), we will not be able to change the shipping address if the package has already left our warehouse.

If you missed the gift message box during checkout, fill out our Contact Form or send us an email at info@sunflowermotherhood.com right after placing it. Include your Order Number and gift message. If we are able to add the note to your order before it ships, we will respond to your email confirming so.

If your order with the incorrect shipping address has already left our warehouse, we are not able to make any changes. However, on your tracking page there is usually a link that says “Change Delivery Address” where you can reroute the package. If that doesn’t work, you can return the package once it's delivered and place a new order. If the order is urgent, you can place a new order right away with the correct address, and return the original at your convenience (just within 45 days to fall in line with our return policy).


At checkout you have several shipping options, ranging from Next Business Day to 3-5 Business Day delivery. Please note that all shipping timelines are counted in business days. which excludes Saturdays, Sundays and federal holidays.

Orders placed by 12pm PSTon business days are shipped out that same day. Orders placed after 12pm PST will ship out the next business day. For example:

- If you place an order at 9am PST on a Tuesday with Rush Next Business Day Shipping, it will arrive Wednesday.

- If you place an order at 3pm PST on a Tuesday with Rush Next Business Day Shipping, it will ship on Wednesday and arrive Thursday.

The timelines listed on your checkout page are estimated and not guaranteed. We always do everything we can on our end to meet your selected delivery option, however carrier delays sometimes happen and are out of our control. 

If the shipping address you provided has errors, typos, or missing information, it will not ship same day. Typically we contact you via email as soon as we notice the error. Once you provide the corrected address, your order will ship. 

Our warehouse is located in Carlsbad, California. Orders shipping to Southern California that are placed with Rush Shipping will typically arrive the next business day.

We are happy to announce that as of November 2022 we started offering international shipping! Just make sure to change the desination country in the shipping address at checkout and it will show you the different shipping rates.


We want you to be happy with your order! We are happy to accept returns in exchange for store credit within 45 days. For gift boxes, all items inside must be unopened and unused.  For apparel items, tags must still be on. Once we receive your return, we will issue an e-gift card with your refund amount to your email. If you’d like us to send you a prepaid shipping label, we deduct a flat rate shipping fee of $6.99  from your store credit. To start a return, visit our Returns Page.

We curate products that are safe, healthy and all natural.  All of our products that can be applied to the body (Lip Balm, Mama Oil, etc.) are all natural, vegan, cruelty free and contain zero parabens, sulfates, phthalates, synthetic fragrances or dyes.  All of our edible products (such as the nausea relief consumables in the Morning Sickness Box) are all natural and organic.  If you have particular allergies or food concerns and you’re not sure about the products in a gift box, please shoot an email to info@sunflowermotherhood.com and we will respond promptly with any answers you need!
