My mom lifted me this box in 2022 when I was pregnant with my first. Getting myself another now that I am pregnant with my second! I also had some gift me the Frida postpartum box and that falls flat compared to this one! The products are such better quality! Could not have loved this more!
Nice Box; 10 day Shipping is not Great.
I ordered the Deluxe Postpartum Recovery Box and while all the items were unique and appreciated by my wife, the shipping time took too long; it took a full 10 days to arrive at our address. We live in a major city on the coast, so our location should not be an issue. It doubt that these boxes are not constructed “to order” and even if they were, it should not take long to construct/build them. As a point of reference, I sent a similar sized package cross country with the regular mail and it took 4 days to arrive at the destination.

We see you selected the 5-7 business day ground shipping option at checkout. Your order was placed in the evening and the package was shipped the following morning with ground shipping. It looks like your package arrived in 6 business days, which is a little bit longer than normal, we'll admit! However it is still within the timeline of your selected shipping speed. We add the range to account for any delays that are out of our control with the carriers. We hope that helps and if you want to place an order again next time that has urgency, we highly recommend selecting an upgraded shipping speed during the checkout process.
