I don’t need to tell you that motherhood is taxing… but I may need to tell you that TONIGHT IS THE NIGHT for some self-care! We have perfectly curated the best live-in comfort for you to feel relaxed and rejuvenated. Here’s a go-to list of how to kick off your self-care night!

Step 1: Set Expectations:

Do whatever you need to to be able to take some time off. Get a sitter, tell your partner, whatever! Let others around you know that you are taking some time to yourself- and don’t forget to tell yourself the same thing! Say these affirmations out loud:

  • I intend to take the rest I need
  • I’m doing a great job and resting will only help me be even better
  • Everything will be fine without me for a few hours

Step 2: Get Cozy:

Break out our signature Mama Pajamas! And don’t forget to light your Great Mom Candle 😉

Step 3: Pull out your Self-Care Box

Once you’re all cozy it’s time for all the essentials: Bath Soak, Oil Rollers, Refresh Mist, and Lip Balm 😍

Step 4: Indulge

Time to soak for a nice long bath then curl up in bed with some popcorn, wine, and a chick-flick. It doesn’t get much more relaxed than this!

Step 5: Repeat!

Taking some time for yourself is not a prize to be earned- it is a human right that everyone needs! Repeat these steps as necessary, and make sure to mix up what kind of self-care you are doing. Maybe one day it’s going to a new workout class, going out with friends for a nice dinner, or simply taking a nice, long nap!

ENJOY, mama!
